Rachel has been with the Lindow agency since 2003, and she’s worked in the insurance industry since 1979. She processes policy updates and communicates with both clients and insurance companies to provide a stress-free customer experience.
Her favorite part of her job is getting to build relationships and help Lindow’s commercial customers. She prides herself on being a reliable, knowledgeable part of the agency’s team.
Outside of work, Rachel loves undertaking do-it-yourself home improvement projects and tending to her garden. She enjoys spending time with her family: she has one daughter, one son, two dogs, and a cat to keep her busy! Someday she hopes to drive across the country to see the Redwoods in California.
