Kristen started at the Lindow agency in 2001. She left for a few years to spend time at home with her children when they were little, then came back to the Greenfield office in 2014. Her strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks make her an asset to the team.
Kristen works on quoting policies, processing endorsements and renewals, answering coverage questions, and providing claims assistance. She provides exceptional customer service through a commitment to open, honest communication.
Outside of work, you can find Kristen reading, watching her daughters play a variety of sports, or soaking up the sun on the boat with her family. She regularly volunteers at her children’s school and knows how to organize a killer fish fry.
Someday she hopes to travel to Europe. In the meantime, she’s happy to hang out with her family here in Wisconsin, enjoying time together with their (very hairy) yellow Labrador Retriever.
